Permanent Makeup by Artist Wanda Enoch

As an artist and cosmetologist, Wanda found her passion when she was certified for permanent makeup in 1993. Since then Wanda has performed various forms of permanent makup application and has actively promoted this specialized field of convenient and anti-aging beauty enhancement.

She has completed over 30,000 applications and is widely sought after for her natural and detailed application of eyebrows, lip color, lip liner and eyeliner. She is also an expert in paramedical procedures which include cleft lip enhancement, camouflaging of scars resulting from heart surgery to hair transplants, vitiligo spots, scar relaxation, Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation (i.e. dry needling, used to improve the appearance of acne scars and fine lines, especially around the lips). Wanda also works with brast cancer patients by creating new areolas and is skilled at improving permanent makeup that was applied incorrectly.

With a genuine interest in client comfort and safety, her precise attention to detail sets the foundation of success to her artistry. Wanda regularly receives referrals from several Board Certified Plastic Surgeons and physicians in Chicago and Florida as well as her happy clients and other beauty professionals.

She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) the largest non-profit association for this industry. SPCP members are held to the highest technical and safety standards.
